A common cry by "body parts" or "alphabet organizations" like the CDC, the claim is always about "protecting the children".
Laws are already in place to prevent children from accessing e-cigarettes by law.
Restrictions are not about children.
The graphic below says the chart on the top right shows an "increase" in tobacco use, and the claim is "no significant change in overall tobacco use" because it conveniently "includes" e-cigarettes as tobacco.
The second chart shows cigarette use dropping over the same exact time period.
